The class times are on the "Classes" page, with the doors opening 15 minutes before class commences and once again you will have to
SIGN IN on line before attending.
I will have a copy of the booking in sheet with me. The classes are limited, first come first served, you will be able to book in for up to 2 weeks at a time.
REMEMBER if you can’t sign in yourself you can call Trevor on
07982 626 831 and he will put your name in. If you cannot make a class that you have booked, please phone and cancel, you cannot remove your own booking, Trevor can and this will allow someone else to book in.
Please try and have the correct change with you, this saves delays at the sign in desk, I only need to cross your name off then.
What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a very gentle form of exercise that uses the whole body and helps the mind to focus. It is slow as well as gentle and therefore suitable for almost everyone (if in doubt ask your G.P.) We have members who range from their 20’s to 90's, some practice 3 or 4 times a week.
No special clothes or equipment are required. A loose fitting outfit that will not restrict movement is best and barefoot, slipper socks or flattish shoes is acceptable (I usually advise trainers or similar).
This style does not need a large area to practice so it is quite easy to do at home once the moves have been learned.
